How to Play MerjUp
MerjUp is an arcade puzzle about launching cans into useful collisions. Press, slide, and release to aim each can launch, then bring matching cans together so they merge into the next tier without letting the stack cross the line.
1. Aim and release
Press on the control area, slide to adjust the projected direction, and release when the route points toward a useful gap or matching can. Consider where the piece will settle after contact.
2. Climb the can tiers
Match equal cans to progress through Duo, Tres, Quanttor, Quinque, Octo, Hexa and Septa to Omega.
- Only equal can tiers merge.
- Keep likely pairs within reach.
- Protect open launch lanes.
3. Create chains and meet the mode goal
Position a new higher-tier can beside its match to trigger another merge. Puzzle, Classic, and Survival all use the same core controls, so learning precise launches and chain merges helps across every MerjUp mode. In Puzzle recover the Core across 100 levels; in Classic beat the timed score target; in Survival stay below the line indefinitely.
4. Review the board after each collision
Every launch can change more than one can. Before firing again, check whether a new pair appeared, whether a lane closed, and whether the tallest stack needs immediate attention. This habit makes the controls feel calmer and helps beginners understand why some shots lead to longer chains.
